In March 2020, due to the COVID pandemic, the Government of Armenia implemented distance learning in universities. During that transition period, there was an active discussion regarding the introduction of distance learning system. Based on the results of a social science survey, the author provides a number of arguments as well as presents a series of graphs derived from the responses of both students and faculty. The difficulties associated with the area of musical art are also highlighted. The relevant analysis and conclusions are summarized in several chapters.
